Bank sales representative and mother-of-two Daniela Boothman, of Leyland, was on maternity leave with her second child when she read about the competition in a magazine.

She studied graphic design at school but went down a different career path so she decided to spend her time at home by brushing up on her artistic skills.

“I feel so proud and honoured to have won such an amazing, once in a lifetime prize,” she says.

“I know that my two young children will be very excited to tell their friends that their mummy created the design on a ‘real’ coin.

“It’s really exciting, I’ll be able to see it at work every day.”
